About Me
Patricia Tiimah Naya is a PhD candidate at the University of Massachusetts Boston studying organizational transformation and anti-racist change processes. An AAUW International Fellow, her research examines how institutions navigate complex transformational initiatives while grappling with power dynamics, resistance, and institutional sensemaking.
Her work combines academic scholarship with practical experience, informed by her leadership of the Realizing Dreams Foundation in Ghana and past roles in public service. Naya's research has earned recognition including the CMS Division's Most Promising Early Career Paper Award (AOM, 2024).
